How to Measure for the Perfect Fit
Getting the right size seat cover ensures maximum protection and a professional appearance. Follow these simple steps:

Sizing Your Seat Cover:
Measure from the inside of the seat where you sit, straight up the seat back to the top of the headrest. Also measure the width of the bottom cushion. Reference seat back measurements to the number on the seat cover for the closest fit.

How do I measure my seat to find the right size heavy equipment seat cover?

Measure in two places. First, measure the seat back height: start at the inside of the seat cushion where you sit and measure straight up to the top of the headrest or backrest — whichever is taller. Second, measure the seat back width at its widest point. Match your seat back height to the closest cover size: 16\", 18\", 20\", 23\", 25\", 28\", 32\", or 35\". If you are between two sizes, always size up.

Does the Super High Back 35\" cover fit a CAT 320 excavator?

Yes. The Super High Back 20x35\" cover fits the CAT 320, 323, 329, and 335 series seats. It also fits Komatsu PC200-8, PC240, and PC290; Hitachi ZX200 and ZX240; Volvo EC220 and EC300; Doosan DX235 and DX300; and Hyundai HX220 and HX300.

What is the difference between canvas and vinyl heavy equipment seat covers?

Canvas is breathable, comfortable for long shifts, and resistant to tears, abrasion, and grease — best for outdoor construction equipment. Vinyl is 100% waterproof, wipes clean instantly, and is ideal for forklifts and indoor or wet environments. Both are heavy-duty and made in the USA.

Are heavy equipment seat covers waterproof?

Canvas covers are water-resistant — treated to repel moisture from rain, mud, and spills. For full waterproofing (submersion, pressure washing), choose the vinyl option, which is 100% waterproof and wipes clean instantly.

What machines does the Mid Back 25\" seat cover fit?

Yes. The Mid Back 20x25\", Small Mid Back 18x23\", Low Back 20x20\", Small Back 18x18\", and Mini Back 16x16\" covers fit compact and mini excavator seats. Common fits: Bobcat E35/E50/E85, CAT 303/305/308, Komatsu PC35/PC55/PC78, and Kubota KX040/KX057/KX080.

Will a universal fit seat cover stay in place during a full shift?
